The hot chocolate was slightly disappointing as it only had Oreos on top instead of an Oreo flavor. My friend requested a glass for water, which was forgotten, and she was also not impressed with her sunshade. Overall, it is a lovely place to catch up with friends, especially if you're planning to try the waffles.

Group of noisy teenagers was the only atmosphere and then left another messy table. Of it wasn't a year olds birthday first choice I honestly wouldn't have bothered. Lovely desserts otherwise, just a shame the customer service wasn't better.
