The meal was missing key items like black pudding and hash browns, and instead of receiving a proper portion of chips, only 6 measly chips were provided. There was no discount offered for the lack of items. When I complained to customer service, I was told that my comments would be passed on to the manager. However, it has been a week and I have not received a response. The food was inedible and I believe I should have been refunded or given a replacement meal.

We requested for a table to be cleaned by a staff member, who seemed annoyed by the request. The table was eventually cleaned and our food arrived. My wife ordered poached eggs on toast with avocado, and I had the ultimate breakfast. Unfortunately, the poached eggs turned out to be hard boiled instead of poached. When we informed a staff member about the mistake, they insisted that is how the eggs come pre-cooked and heated up. Despite our explanation, the same mistake was made again. My breakfast was also disappointing and I ended up leaving half of it uneaten. Overall, the experience was not pleasant due to the unhelpful staff and subpar food. We even saw another table return their food and leave.
