Unfortunately, every time I've ordered from here, the quality has been subpar. Last week was the final straw. The chips in three of the meals I ordered were mostly bruised and in poor condition, which was unacceptable given that they must have seen how bad they looked. It’s shocking, really. Additionally, some items on the fish menu are laughable; for example, the fish sandwich is 75% bread with just a tiny piece of fish. I won't be returning to this so-called fish and chips shop again.

I called them only to find out that they don’t actually deliver; they expected me to pick up the cold food myself. I refused and asked for a refund, but they denied my request. I am extremely upset and will never order from this place again. The representative claimed he called me, and while I did see a missed call, the number was unfamiliar and appeared to be from abroad.

The staff is pleasant and welcoming, the food was fresh and the taste was exceptional. The cod was made to order, beautiful crispy dough, juicy inside and not drained water like some when fresh. The chips were delicious and the part was generous. Defo visits this place again!
