I like eating, but the service here is terrible. I moved to the drive thru and sat for a solid 3 minutes before I decided to say hello to make sure that they knew I was there. a very rude lady answered that you have to wait, I'm right with you. I sat there for 3 minutes and you didn't say anything. you couldn't go off the road, just acknowledge that I was there and let me know you're coming to me in a minute? what is going on with the bad service move today?
Just had the most dry and rock hard chicken I have ever eaten at an arby's. Tasted like it had been sitting out for days and just microwaved really quickly to pass it off. The fries were at least only a day old but still not fresh
In spite of going during lunch rush on a Saturday, the staff were still able to push out the food with only a short wait. Place was neat and clean.
