Wah Fu Chinese - Middleburg Heights

Our Family has been eating Wah Fu foods for a long time . We used to sit down and eat in , and over the years opted for take out. Had an instance of the register girl who was on the phone at check out , I paid our bill for our takeout order , she was on the phone , I waited for my change of 10.62 , she finally hung up the phone and took 10.00 dollars out of my hand and asked for the change , I said I paid you already , we argued a little , and I left mad. Called the city prosecutor, they called Wash Fu’s , wash Fu called us said there was a mistake and told us to come get our money . My family ordered take out today Aug 2, 2024, my daughter ordered on the phone like she has over the years , they went to pick up our order , they brought it home and the egg Fu young was shrimp . No one in our family eats shrimp ! So we called them back , and the register girl I had words with years ago , said you daughter lies ! I beg your pardon my daughter doesn’t lie ! . I can’t believe she still there making mistakes and care only about the money . Maybe she doesn’t realize that this is America , the Customer js always right ! Anyway the food may have declined some over the years , but with different cooks it may be the culprit. I don’t know maybe it’s time for our family to try different Chinese restaurants . Even after picking up our order she told my wife your daughter still lied . She no longer will eat Wah Fu ‘s! p.s. To the owner , I’m sorry to give you a lower than expected review , but that Lady at the Register isn’t doing much good for your business . I’m also not recommending, any of you food at this time .

The shrimp egg foo Yung was perfectly cooked. Still very hot when it ce to the table.

As soon as it arrived I looked at the food and new something was wrong. I ordered beef chow mean and it was on beef and fried rice no vegetables. The egg roll was when I said this isn't the same. I've eaten their food for decades and it was my #1 place. I'm sad I probably won't order ever again.

New owner raised prices 20% on everything this week. Has no idea what the word hospitality means. Oblivious to customers!

Very nice and very prompt.I got General TSO chicken hot ? and it did not disappoint. Very flavorful! Packed with a nice heat. Not over powering
