Fireside Classic American Grille

We were looking for a quick bite after hearing rave reviews about the prime rib, which is only available from Thursday to Sunday. Our waiter, Eric, was fantastic! He had such a great sense of humor and was very accommodating when I needed a bit more time to decide. At the end of our meal, he mentioned that there were only three slices of carrot cake left. I wasn't sure I wanted dessert at the time, but he encouraged us to try it! I really enjoyed my seared ahi tuna salad—it was delicious!

Our company recently held our annual meeting at Fireside Grille in their ballroom. The sales manager Kelly was a pleasure working on it. She was extremely friendly, organized and went through the functional details that made it a success. Kelly was quick to help when our guest speaker had a technology problem that she solved in minutes. The room was decorated as discussed and looked great. Our buffet was served on time and was hot and delicious. Many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how they plan to go back to dinner with their families. Our server, Michelle, was attentive and friendly. We look forward to our next meeting at the Fireside Grille.

I love this restaurant because they offer a Thanksgiving turkey dinner every day. It is so delicious that every time I go there, I only order the turkey

My kids and I had a nice experience at the restaurant. The portions were generous, and the clam chowder was excellent. I definitely plan to return!

Our server, whose name I regretfully forgot, was absolutely wonderful. She was personable, attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and knowledgeable when we had questions. Plus, she handled a minor issue we encountered during our meal in a very professional manner. With a big smile, she addressed the concern and had a solution ready. Her commitment to exceptional customer service was evident, and she is a true asset to The Fireside Grille. Everything else, from our drinks to our meals, was perfection. The manager, Adam, even took the time to stop by and apologize for the small hiccup in our evening, offering complimentary desserts for the entire table. I highly recommend The Fireside Grille—it's a breath of fresh New England hospitality!
