The customer service here is outstanding. My orders are always correct, and the donuts taste really fresh. However, if you order food, it might take a bit longer, so it's best to stick with drinks. View all feedback.

What Kylie Smith dislikes about Dunkin':
I ordered a medium hot cappuccino, but they forgot the espresso and instead served me a cup of steamed milk. It's quite disappointing, especially since making coffee is their primary responsibility, and they couldn't even manage that correctly. View all feedback.

I hope I’m not mispronouncing her name, but Elanie was fantastic! She took our order and prepared it with care. Her customer service skills were top-notch. I would definitely recommend her for any supervisory position. The entire team was excellent as well.

The restaurant has been beautifully renovated and is very clean. It features a pleasant study table, serves great coffee, and has a friendly staff. I have no complaints at all.
