Burger King - Middle

This place is absolutely terrible Ive never wrote a review on a store before but I have been here about 5 times and each time I have an absolutely terrible time if there was negative stars I would give them this place sucks and I hope it closes down as soon as possible night time employees are

Chicken fries and onion rings were served at room temperature. Cold and dried out. Impossible Whopper was similarly cold and the bun was dry and stale. Awful food. Service was equally disinterested in us as a customer, requiring us to repeatedly ask for straws and napkins. Our local burger kind is much better. I feel bad for the people who choose to eat at this Burger King in NJ

Yo so I order for my boyfriend whom punched me in the face because it wasn't the right order and it's not what they wanted so I parked and tried to take it back and the lady says oh I can't take it back it left the property I said uh what no definitely didn't all I did was park she said she couldn't give me what the person wanted to buy and the rest of my money back.. nope she said she talked to someone in the back but nope. She came out said nope can't do it. They don't have any policy I could see written down anywhere saying they can't exchange or anything and they are supposed to make sure the customer is SATISFIED now that is on the receipt AND I WAS NOT SATISFIED. Terrible customer service!!!

Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Actually got HOT fries and onion rings.

By far the cleanest restaurant with HOT fresh fries and onion rings!!! The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.
