The crab Rangoon and Shanghai spring rolls were among the best I've ever had—many places don't cook them properly, but these were exceptional. The scallion pancakes were also served hot and fresh, and tasted fantastic. However, the beef fried rice was disappointing; the beef looked grey and unappetizing. Overall, I'm giving this place 5 stars because the amazing dishes more than make up for the lackluster rice. Without a doubt, it's the best Chinese restaurant in Suffolk County!
