They have no idea about the legally required allergen list, which has been made mandatory by the NVWA. Everyone working there was new and had no idea about the ingredients? Can 't have an egg, but they couldn 't tell me what the Ve symbol stood for: vegan or vegetarian. When you train people, let them know everything they are selling. December 8, bought Flamed Salmon sushi around 7pm. Delicious but in the middle of the night i was awoken by terrible tummy pain and had to rush to the toilet where it’s confirmed diarrhea. Pain remained until the morning. Such a pity coz i loved the concept of Sushi to go. Hope the management reviews their process and makes sure it’s all hygienic and that food safety is ensured.
