El Faro Andaluz - Feedback

What Doc B doesn't like about El Faro Andaluz:
Friendly but slow service. Good spaghetti carbonara, but a shellfish dish had a bad clam that I wish I hadn't opened to inspect. That's not careful preparation- it should never have gotten onto my plate. The bread tray had a little bit of good bread, some assorted olives and some olive oil with a little balsamic vinegar on the bottom. There is no butter to be had.
