Vliegendt Hert - Middelburg

A very nice, tastefully decorated wine shop with a wine bar and restaurant. We were there in the early evening, tasted the wines and had some of the tapas. The service was very friendly and the food was very good. Centrally located and still easily accessible by car. There are parking spaces right in front of the door.

Delicious wines and beautiful courtyard. Friendly and attentive service with a lot of knowledge about wine. Enjoyed a good 3-course dinner with a matching wine arrangement. There was also the option to do this with half glasses. Recommended if you are in Middelburg.

We cycled past T Vliegendt Hert, and felt invited to take a look inside. We were kindly received there and some things were explained to us. On the spot we decided to try a wine and snacks package. In the lovely garden we are provided with 4 different wines with matching snacks. Afterwards we drank a glass of wine from the range. The staff is extremely friendly and competent, the snacks and wine are truly a pleasure. All in all a fantastic experience and a wonderful afternoon.
