My mother and I are locals and shop here regularly but today was my first experience of the delicious platters and attentive service in the wine bar. Julia is a real asset and made us feel very welcome. Certainly made the post lunch food shop more enjoyable! Will be back for more. Well done Waitrose! View all feedback.

The hove waitrose seems to have a better choice. friendly staff and good quality products as always
Although this waitrose twog in haywards heath is almost 3 years old, they keep up the cleanliness and look like the load was newly built. the staff are friendly and accommodating to all customers. manager can be seen at any time in the loading floor and are always good at camp. they even expanded their working hours from 7 o'clock to 10 o'clock to give the buyers who come from their long working days in Monday to Friday home chances.
Waitrose quality and service. friendly efficient staff. huge floor space. nice caffe. easy access. parking. toilets.
Personal first class really helpful and young lady on metzgerei counter extra helpful eating as always up to the brand
Terrible service, very slow to be served in spite of the fact there was lots of staff chatting etc. Returned soup because it was cold. No apology and 10 minutes to reheat it!
