The service was very polite. They were extremely attentive to my order and did a good job. The only issue was that they were busy with the girls who were with him, which caused a bit of a delay in getting our coffee since they had two orders ahead of mine. Thankfully, the hand dryers in the restroom were working just fine. All in all, a pleasant experience. View all feedback.
What TripMember06062016 doesn't like about Starbucks:
The service was very, very slow and the tables had not been cleaned plus the floor was filthy. I would not recommend this coffee house to anyone. It is a shame as there is a Travelodge in the same car park and if a better place to have coffee, I am sure everyone would use it. View all feedback.
We were served by a wonderful woman (whose name we didn't catch) who asked us about our plans for the day. She gave us some recommendations and was assisted by Don. The coffee was fantastic.
Opened at 05.30am which was brilliant for then getting to the show ground to feed the horses. The staff were very cheerful and remembered me and my order every morning. The coffee was HOT which was excellent. Thank you very much Starbucks staff for making my visit to The Travel Lodge and Hickstead so pleasant and easy.
The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and helpful, offering a good selection of products. However, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. The seats are dirty and grubby, with accumulated dust and debris on the floor. It seems like the restaurant could use a thorough cleaning. Perhaps the cleaning staff is absent, but regardless, the dirt does not appear to be fresh.
We ordered four bacon rolls and noticed that the bread had mold on the bottom, which was green. We were very disappointed, but the queue was too long to go back and return them.
I would just like to thank the wonderful lady who served me my coffee today (22nd Jan 20). You were brilliant and your support and kindness was invaluable.
