The owner of this restaurant was extremely unfriendly and seemed bothered by everything. Throughout our visit, they complained while making our drinks and practically threw them at us when they were finally served, after leaving them on the counter while reprimanding a staff member. Just dropped my mountain bike off for a service in Hassocks and decided to stop off for a tea and homemade cake in the cafe that is really nice loads of choice of coffees and food available friendly staff chillied out music free WiFi perfect
In short it's a coffee cake shop visited 04/05/17Both were great I had a flat white followed by a double expresso to wash down some millionaires shortbread All great there staff are arm friendly parking is also easy
I have visited here several times recently to meet colleagues. There is wifi.The coffee and cakes are delicious if a little pricey.The only negatives for me are that the tables and chairs are all packed tightly together which makes for many awkward 'excuse me ' moments and there are always lots of mothers and babies in there. Personally this really puts me off the place but is no fault of theirs.
A really good local cafe offering great service, delicious coffee and cake along with other savoury dishes.
This is an excellent coffee shop where you'll always be made to feel welcome. We've been regulars for a good 10 months or so now and enjoy coffee, cake and salads a couple of times a week. Rachel and the rest of the staff are all very helpful, polite and ready to serve.If you're into cycling too there's a quality supply of accessories and servicing options to the rear.Highly recommended!
