I absolutely adore this place. The food and service are excellent, truly flawless. It is a bit on the expensive side, but the quality justifies it. Overall, it's worth it! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Nizam:
I ordered takeout from this restaurant last week. After just a 5 minute drive, the food was cold and needed to be reheated in the microwave. Additionally, part of our order was missing. View all feedback.
Decided on a Sunday curry lunch. Still unusual, for us at least, thus a treat. Service was excellent, food was superb mixed platter followed by curries and sundries and really well priced….BYO a help here.
This used to be such a nice restaurant but ending up waiting ages to order as too many take away orders making you feeling left behind for food to arrive. Empty Plates swiped whilst other of party still eating. The Bring Your Own Bottle is great but since this the menu prices have shot up in price. It cost a lot more than it used to for the same stuff.
I had a takeaway of chicken korma, pilau rice, onion bhaji and poppadum and thought £22 pretty expensive unless I’m out of touch with prices. I’m sure Balti House up the road includes the rice and poppadum with the main dish and gives discount for collection so much much cheaper.
Have not been to the Nizam for quite a while, pre pandemic. Recently heard some good things, including that it was now BYOB, thus thought we’d give it a try. Excellent meal, good service, great value BYOB helps. Highly recommended.
Met with friends last night and once again a great meal. Always looked after so well by the super staff. Been coming to this restaurant for over twenty years now and would never go anywhere else!!
