every time I come to hatsocks, I always make a point to lunch in bella and meg’s. I love eating and the ambiente. weather allowed, we can also eat outside. do not expect 5 stars to eat palast, but the right home made family good comfortable eating. although I found that in this year menu there were fewer homemade cooking dishes and more sandwiches choice. but the red curry was beautiful. Really cosy, friendly, unfortunately they have got my allergy order incorrect on several occasions. They never have gf and df cake options when I go, but they do have either gf or df options. Good coffee with a variety of milk options too. View all feedback.
As I vegan, I never expect to be able to eat anything special when I’m not in my home town of go to comforts.. but I was so blown away by their vegan rainbow sandwich! (Can’t remember it official name! It was so beautifully presented and in abundance, it was such a treat! One of the best bites I’ve had in ages. Thank you! Left so happy !

Bella and Megs is a favourite with our family in general, great coffee, fab cakes for the kids and excellent veggie breakfasts! When we lost my mum in 2023 we wanted a post funeral gathering that she would have been proud of. Bella and Megs met that and then some, we asked for an afternoon tea as a private function, and wow did they deliver! When we arrived from the funeral, they had decorated the venue beautifully, including standing up collages of my mum's photos and memories, which guests loved. When the afternoon tea came out it was stunning! Gorgeous scones, cakes and sandwiches, our mum would have loved it! It is still talked about by the family and guests a year on. Thank you, and well done Bella and Megs :0)
Lovely food all very clean and tidy.. staff really nice . Some nice healthy options on menu.
Visited for the first time today; absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left, everyone was so kind, accommodating and friendly. The food is amazing, fresh and home made. They really care. It's wonderful and it's my new favourite Saturday spot. Thank you so much xxx
