Good quality eating to reasonable trips, traditional farewell and many cakes!

Very quiet as we were at the end of lunch. this was both a bonus and a bit of a problem. our fault is completely because the brot is very fresh and they only had a very small amount left, do not want to leave until the next day. so was the normal choice of different types of laaf or baguette etc. limited. However, all choices from the small but eclectic fill menu were available. the sandwiches were excellent and full filled. the tee was pleasant and well brewed in beautiful shabby china tassen. all in all a rewarding place for coffee and cake or a light lunch. it appealed to both of us, my 17-year-old son, athletic and always hungry, and I have a dame of a certain vintage that knows something more than a chain when outside and appreciate it. Give them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Great lunch! The staff is friendly and efficient and our sandwiches were excellent. We had a big pot of tea between us as well. Will definitely stop here again.

I am writing on behalf of my partner, who visited this restaurant for the first time after wanting to go for a while. Unfortunately, he was not satisfied with his experience. The staff were unfriendly when he walked in, and his drink was served in a take away cup without the option of a proper cup. When he asked if they were closing soon, he was told they were closing in 15 minutes. He felt that was plenty of time to serve him in a proper cup and allow him to enjoy his drink. At the very least, a polite gesture like asking if he minded a takeaway because they were closing soon would have been appreciated. This visit was his first and last.

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant for lunch. The staff was friendly and the portions of delicious food were generous. It was more than enough to satisfy my hunger.
