Description

Nestled in a charming Suffolk village, this restaurant has drawn both praise and criticism. While some patrons have raved about the extensive menu and delightful dishes, others have expressed disappointment over subpar meals and service issues. Reports of unsatisfactory takeaways, chewy chicken, and lackluster flavors stand in contrast to accounts of excellent, flavorful food under new management. Friendly staff and reasonable prices enhance the dining experience, but inconsistency in food quality remains a concern. Visitors are advised to book ahead, as the restaurant's popularity is evident, though it seems improvements are on the horizon.

I absolutely loved the chicken curry at this restaurant - it was the best I've had in a while. I really appreciated the option to add rice for just 20p extra. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to others.

I ordered from this restaurant for a fun cheat night. I got the chicken balls, but they were soggy and not crispy. They didn't have much flavor. The sweet and sour sauce was bland, and the rice was dry. The curry also lacked any flavor.

I only use this as a take away but the food staff are great.

Ordered 3 chicken curry with chips and a pot of sauce. It was an awful meal.. the chicken was stringy, the curry had a strange almost bbq taste to it. The chips looked and tasted like re heats! Awful all round. All 3 of us did not enjoy the meal not finish it. Won't be returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
