Delicious food, breakfast was freshly cooked, and they took out at the food to help out scheme we had a nice evening meal.
We booked last minute on a Sunday to lunch, the staff was very friendly when we arrived and showed us on our table, then we found out that they could order from the bar menu as well as the carvery, which made our 2 daughters very happy, the...car was nice with a great selection in sweet and the memeber of the staff who served the meat was super friendly and helpful
This restaurant is situated in padbrook Park hotel. We went for Sunday lunch a family of 5 and 10 friends. There is a good vegetarian/vegan nut roast and variety of meat and vegetables. Nice staff and good service
A good selection of dishes, attentive but not obtrusive service from the hotel's excellent staff. I don't normally eat burgers, but another guest recommended I try one. It was very good. My wife had the chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it. And very reasonably priced.
Eat them here while staying in the hotel for 4 nights. the choice of the menu well, and in the location, have a Sunday roast on Sunday night was a bonus!
Nestled within the Padbrook Park Hotel, the restaurant offers a diverse yet occasionally uninspired menu that has drawn mixed reviews. Dine-in experiences reveal delays in service, even during quieter times, impacting overall satisfaction. While some dishes like the spicy meatballs and warm rhubarb frangipane shine, others, such as the fish and chips, have been criticized for subpar preparation. The ambiance is welcoming, with pleasant staff contributing to the experience. A standout Sunday carvery is available, showcasing a variety of fresh vegetables. Despite some culinary missteps and service hiccups, the restaurant maintains potential for enjoyable visits.

Had a lovely meal out for my son's birthday. We had a lovely meal and the staff were great.
Some hotel restaurants are a bit blandish...but not here! Outside look of the hotel is a little corporate but inside the lounge, bar and restaurant are really nice spaces. I had the spicy meatballs to start, very tasty, very filling and fresh. Cheeseboard was delicious and good value for money, as was the Shiraz! Waiting staff all pleasant, efficient and friendly.
This small restaurant located next to the bar offers a great selection of meals. They do a fantastic Sunday carvery with a variety of at least 6 fresh vegetables.
