A good selection of chocolates and sweets both sold from the display cases prepackaged goods on the shelf. They also sell a nice variety of Hudsonville ice cream and treats in the center part, and then sandwiches salads toward the back. On a cold windy day, it was nice to have a Mexican hot chocolate and a piece of chocolate. The three staff were attentive and friendly. View all feedback.
What ally V doesn't like about South Bend Chocolate Cafe:
I used to love eating at this place , but now they rush to make it food and half of the time its not right. Sometimes it's amazing food sometimes you can just tell it's thrown together . I get the same thing every single time I go here and this last time has me so disappointed ordered a turkey bacon ranch wrap and there's literally like nothing in the wrap. Really miss the guy who used to cook there . View all feedback.
Their popcorn are the best! Smores is my husband and sons favorite. I love the cookies and creme. Brought a slice of chocolate coveted cheesecake for our older girls and they were fighting over it. Great local gem of a coffee shop and chocolate lovers paradise!!
I love this place. I go for the food! The chicken quesadillas are incredible. The TBR wrap is perfect. The staff is also friendly. Definitely stop by if you are in the area.

The service was great. Got a customized milkshake and my husband got an iced coffee drink. Nice atmosphere as well. Lots of options to choose from. More than just desserts so feel free to go and get a sandwich or something here, too. If I lived in the area, I'd be back for one of the painting lessons they host here!
We had a fantastic experience going behind the scenes to learn how their chocolate products are made. Our tour guide was excellent, and my kids really enjoyed making their own chocolate spoons. Initially, my 10 and 12-year-olds thought it would be a boring outing, mainly because I was excited about it, but they ended up having a lot of fun as well! It was absolutely worth the small fee to go and pick up the “Almost Perfect” treats at a great discount. And remember to tip your guide!
