Rally's - Michigan City

The fries are so incredible that they feel like indulging in a delightful snack!

The food was exceptional, even with a line of nine cars waiting. A lot of the negative reviews seem to come from people who have never worked in fast food, especially at a place run by just two staff members in such a high-pressure environment. Mistakes can happen, but in my experience, my orders have always been accurate here. This is easily my favorite Rally's, and I highly recommend it!

I hadn’t visited in years, and it was great to return. The owner seemed to be a bit short on cash. The chicken bites and fries were still delicious, just as I remembered. The service was fast and accurate, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s affordable, tasty, and definitely worth it in the long run—much like the owner himself.

I haven't visited Rally's in about four years because the service has always been slow, and my orders are consistently incorrect. I thought I'd give it another shot tonight, hoping for an improvement. I ordered a double burger with just the patties and cheese, but it came loaded with everything instead. I also tried a chili dog, and it was clear that the chili had been left in a pot for too long and had dried out; they added ketchup in a failed attempt to moisten it. The bun was hard, and the hot dog was completely dried out. We won't be returning. I really hope someone steps in to take pride in their business and implement some changes.

The fries are truly fantastic! I ordered a shake, but I was informed that they haven't had any for the last three months. Additionally, the drive-up intercom wasn't functioning, so a staff member had to come outside to take my order. I can't help but think that the intercom may have been out of service for just as long.
