Panera Bread is one of my favorite places in town! Nothing beats the cream of chicken rice soup and a baguette! My favorite sandwich is the Frontega Chicken, that is pure bliss it so delicious! I also enjoy the blueberry muffins and the egg and bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich. I've had a Southwest Chicken salad there, too, that was fantastic. We like to get our food to go and then drive out to Creekridge County P... View all feedback.
What Bill s doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Stopped in tonight for dinner as it has been a while since eating at Panera. The restaurant was quite dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. We ended up waiting till a highway rest area for that. The food was not up to the standards we have come to expect. I sure hope it was just this location/ training issues or whatever. I normally really like Pannera. View all feedback.

Had Spicy take chicken sandwich and Teriyaki chicken- broccoli bowl with Strawberry mint lemonade. Food tasted really good and fresh.
Our entire order was wrong and took 40min to make. After waiting for our food and noticed items missing, food wrong we got terrible customer service in trying to remedy it. Chicken Caesar salad that had no chicken or dressing, no sides for any meal, asked for sliced and toasted bagels that were toasted...but not sliced.....I personally hate Panera but my wife loves it...and I'm hoping this experience ruins Panera for her. Avoid this place, it was such a disaster
5 years ago we had given this place 5 stars. Over last year or so it has not been the same. While we never had any issues with breakfast items, lunch has been a different story. While the manager is always eager to make things right by providing correction or free certificate, it is still very annoying when they keep missing simple instructions like no onions, peppers etc. It is not always possible to go back and get the right orders immediately which leaves a bad taste no pun intended. Need to make sure someone actually checks the food before it is put in the bag and not just check the box. We have been to many Panera in other cities but never had this problem.
We were greeted by a pleasant woman and were immediately served with our choice of breakfast items. My four-cheese quiche was delicious, and my husband usually gets the bacon and spinach quiche. I would recommend this place for anyone. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
