Little Caesars - Michigan City

Great pizzas, but absolutely lousy customer service. I walked in and placed (and paid for) a Hot and Ready cheese pizza. They said it would be 10 minutes, and that I should sit down and wait for it. While I am sitting their waiting, someone else walks in, and orders a Hot and Ready cheese pizza. At that time, a pizza was ready, so they hand it to him and off he goes! While I was still waiting for the same style pizza. I will never, ever patronize Little Caesar 's again.

Worst customer service I've ever received Walked in at 10:52 and was told they are closed until 11 o clock asked if I can place and order and was told no while she's on the phone taking a order.. Asked why the door is unlocked if they were closed.. was ignored and when I left out she locked the door only to have to unlock it 5 minutes later.. Just rude and unprofessional..

Pizza good for price Service what u would expect from Little Caesar's Much wow. 3 thumbs up. 110% rotten tomatoes. 6 stars. Would recommend to friends. Critics say it's the best $5 dollar pizza place of the year! Pizza pizza

Typically a great pizza for the price. Here we are Saturday night at 6:30 picked up a pizza and it's cold and nasty .. disappointing I only gave 3 stars because in the past we had been happy.
