Chili's Grill - Michigan City

We had our 2 4 month old kids with us so they sat us in a quiet corner so they wouldn't get bumped into. The lady that worked the seating made sure we were well taken care of too.

Sarah was an excellent server, very attentive, sweet, and professional.

Placed a to-go order food looked great and was neatly packed. The only issue was we ended up with a well done steak vs the medium we requested. Despite this I will definitely be a returning customer because customer service is Great at this location. The Manager Tony went above/beyond by apologizing, getting us a remake and he brought the steak out himself while we waited in our car.

Great place to take the family. Good food . Good servers. Definitely a must go to.
