Went into Michigan City Biggby this morning August 8th ordered lg hot Campfire Latte was charged $5.07 when I questioned price since this is any latte any size for $1.99 day I was told by Armon that the button for the special does not work so they are charging half price. Latte is $7.29 charged me $5.07 that is not half off. Only $2.55 was taken off. Who determines NOT to charge the special price ? Paid $5.07 for a d... View all feedback.

Staff was friendly. Place was cool ambiance, but my cappuccino was really just a so-so latte... not great at all. I am admittedly a coffee snob, but this is a coffee shop, so let's gooooo Biggbys!! View all feedback.
Always satisfied with a Biggby drink! Staff was super nice and I loved the aesthetics of the building. Will be back!
Good coffee but too pricey. A small iced coffee with flavoring pushes it over $4.00. I pay less at starbucks
Love the coffee here. The staff is usually friendly. Everyone is entitled to have an off day. And I have come on an off day. Lol. I'll always come back. ?Food: 5/5
This was the absolute worst bigby experience I have ever had. The Coffee and Bagels took close to 30 minutes to be ready. There was only us and one other family waiting. No urgency what so ever by the workers. I had to ask for the final BLACK COFFEE after 30 minutes. I also asked for a bragel with just turkey and bacon, and the worker decided to add cream cheese. I am severely allergic to dairy, so this could have ruined my day if I didn’t notice when i did. NEVER AGAIN.
I just love this place. Amazing coffee and great snacks
