Contribute FeedbackWe have known the Geiersmühle for many years and are always happy to come and look forward to the excellent food as well as the warm service of the Wirtin. Every guest is welcomed as if they were waiting for him. The most beautiful one sits naturally on the terrace, but also the guest room is cozy and tasteful and invites you to stay. Located in the middle of the Odenwald, the charming restaurant can also be used as a starting point for hikes. Simple home cooking should not be expected. Here is cooked with love and great skill, but this also has its price. A Maibowle was our tasty, refreshing entry, then we ate asparagus and beard soup and did not know what soup we should explain to the best, because both were delicious. The artichoke of the third party in the Bund was highly aromatic and the Vinaigrette was refined on a red beet basis. As main dishes were chosen: twice oxtail in red wine sauce with noodles and delicate vegetables (one of our round meant that it was the best oxtail he had ever eaten) and Wiener Schnitzel with bar-saving gel. Everything was from the finest and the wines still increased the enjoyment. When Dessert there were chocolates and Panna Cotta who would have enjoyed every nasty cat. After the espresso we walked a little bit through the meadows and then we started the return. If you want to eat there, make a reservation!
