Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Miccosukee

I recently tried the Bahama Mama, and it's now my new favorite smoothie. It's very similar to my all-time favorite, which is the Cool Breeze. It's retired, and not everyone can make it good. Another downside to the Cool Breeze is you can't order ahead on the app, but now that I'm loving the Bahama Mama I can! Give it a try. Yummy! Bon Appétit.

Great food, fresh, clean safe environment, good value for meal, healthy, down load the app and start earning points, it's a good program, but the app is only good if you plan on frequent visits, obvious but wanted to be honest/transparent. Enjoy, I like combo, it saves you money compared to you picking your food and beverage separate. You save like $3.00 by doing it combo

This store has messed up my simple order several times, but I still attempted to support this location. However, today I decided to call the store and let them know my order was messed up. Bill apologized and stated he could see the error on their end and would fix. Shortly after I hung up,a rude, nasty , unprofessional man who stated he was the GM, Jason, called me back and tried to tell me they didn't mess up my order and proceeded to argue with me when I already spoke with someone willing to fix the error. Instead of arguing with people, spend more time teaching your workers how to properly work the computer.

Love my smoothies most of the time and the bowls. The green dream is my fav! Hate the food though. It's either soggy, thrown together and tastes awful. It's never what I'm expecting to get. I ordered a southwest burrito, I threw it away after one bite. No reason the food isn't prepared correctly.

Abigail is really awesome. She's really nice and works hard to make sure everyone has a good experience. She lights up the room with positivity. 5 stars to her and her crew, thank you for making my evening!
