Food was so incredibly delicious today. Especially on our anniversary, we didn't feel like eating out, so we ordered the meal to go. Epoyee Tina helped us with a great time home order. What Smile S doesn't like about Sonny's Bbq:
This location is horrible. I made an online order and was told that I would have to wait 40 minutes for my order once I got inside after 15 minutes. The cashier at the counter was extremely rude and could not provide me with any information as to why it would take so long and how much longer it would be. Several tables that stayed dirty the whole time we were there, our waitress wasn't friendly and had a name hard to pronounce along with she didn't wear one for me to know correct spelling. She brought our appetizer out with our order and my husband specifically told her he wanted as an appetizer. Then she didn't place our order correctly, I advised as soon as she brought the food out I would need a to-go box because of to much food due to her/kitchen mistake.. I didn't get the box until I requested it again as we asked for our balance to leave. My Baked Beans had a chunk of pepper like they were not stirred up enough in the kitchen. She did go fix them, but then they didn't even taste right.Do better Sonny's Gena Grant needs to come back and manage ?

This is the worst experience ever and I will not be coming back to this location.

I called and specifically gave the order. I still got the wrong order. I ordered two catfish sandwiches. Gave me hard bread, the fries were cold. Every time I seem to get food from here it is very nasty. The cooks do not cook with love for cooking. It makes me so sad we spend money to eat something that was not even worth the money we spend. I will never eat here again.
When visiting the south, you have to stop at Sonny's!
