Chili's Grill - Miccosukee

I have been disappointed for the last and final time by this location. On two different occasions, our server took over 30 minutes to take our order, and food took even longer to come. Another two times I have chosen to leave after waiting on a table because there is only one waitress for the entire restaurant. They are short staffed with even longer wait times on a normally slow day for subpar food.

My family was shamefully treated on the evening of April 2nd. In what world is it OK to deny a kids menu Mac n cheese to any paying guest? An up charge is perfectly acceptable and would be a completely fitting alternative for any child above 12 years old. Instead my family was flat out told “no” and offered ZERO assistance by the server and manager. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed ASAP. Do better Chili’s

Decided to go to Chilis after visiting The Maclay Gardens (absolutely gorgeous), it was a Sunday so the wait to get the food was longer than usually. We were greeted quickly, and had a very nice server. Our food came out in about 20 minutes and my daughter got the kids cheeseburger and fries but I felt like they only gave 8 fries and she was very upset about that. My food was good especially the beans except my steak was kind of cold but I’m thinking it’s because of the cold green sauce and pico that was on top. Otherwise I will be back!! I had the 3 for 10 but mines was 16 because the option I chose.

Great chips and salsa. One waitress working so service was slow but, the bus man jump right in and helped. He's what made service better.

We were immediately greeted and seated! However we did hear an exchange between the host and the bartender about seating. We waited for a bit but no one came to take our orders so we left along with 2 other groups that experienced the same situation.
