I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I expected buffalo wings, but what I received looked more like something someone had vomited. It took a ridiculous 50 minutes for my order to arrive. They claimed they were waiting on fries, but I hadn't even ordered fries! I tried to be patient, but all I saw was drama in the kitchen instead of any actual work getting done. One of the staff even joked about giving old fries off the floor to another customer. Overall, it was not a great experience.
The WingStop located at 16650 NW 27th Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33054 provides extremely poor customer service. I’ve been trying to place an order over the phone for the past two days, but no one answers. When I visited the restaurant in person to order, I was completely ignored; all the staff members were in the kitchen and not attending to the register. I would rate this place a 0 out of 10 and definitely do not recommend it!
Although I placed my order online, I arrived at the restaurant and ended up waiting an additional forty minutes. Your online service is lacking.
