Description

**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**

This restaurant presents a stark contrast in customer experiences, highlighting issues in both service and quality. Several patrons reported undercooked food and cold sides, leading to disappointment and frustrations with customer service. One notable incident involved a misunderstanding over Veterans Day recognition, illustrating a lack of respect in interactions with patrons. Conversely, some customers praised the cleanliness, prompt service, and friendly staff, indicating that effective management and local ownership contribute positively to the dining experience. While there are shining moments of excellence, systemic issues in service and food quality need urgent attention.

I've lived next to this Wendy's for two years, and the service and cleanliness have consistently declined. I've contacted both the store management and corporate, but received no response and haven't seen any improvements. After waiting 25 minutes for my mobile order, I gave up and went to Panda instead. If you're looking for fast food, I recommend going somewhere else.

Here's my honest opinion: I’m not sure if it was this exact location, but the manager definitely needs some training in customer service and better manners. The entire staff could benefit from being restructured.

It's completely acceptable to add a little extra lemonade to the cup when someone asks for light ice. I promise it won't negatively impact the store or the company.

The service was prompt and welcoming, and I appreciated the variety of choices on the menu. I had an excellent experience and will certainly come back, especially since it's a local business managed by community members.

I was quite disappointed with the way the woman treated my husband this morning, November 11, 2022. We approached her respectfully to ask if they were offering free breakfast for Veterans Day. When he presented his driver's license, which clearly indicated "Veteran," she dismissed him outright, insisting that it wasn't the correct identification. Even after he pointed out that it did indeed say "Veteran," she continued to insist she was right. Moreover, she handed over the food without confirming his veteran status and then rudely claimed it wasn’t the right card. It would be better if she checked the status before being so abrupt. While I understand that some customers can be difficult, that's no excuse for treating everyone rudely.
