Terrible employees work here Saturday night because they cannot even stay open till the time they close! I came here at 12:15am when clearly online they say they close at 1:00am! They left a whole entire line of 10 cars waiting till closing time withouteven a notice through the speaker at least? when we drive past the window, the employees were hiding in the back clearly awayfrom view. However I saw 1 girl which I?m sure there was another person. People like this should not work here and shouldprobably get fired. JUST SAYING. People come here hungry and you?re just gonna close earlier? Nah you don?t deserve to workhere.
Incredibly frustrating experience overall, me and my friend ordered our food online for pickup roughly ten minutes before our arrival. Once we arrived, it was slightly busy, so we waited for our order. However, multiple orders that were also pickup werequickly being handed out to customers far after ours were put in. Yes, we did order from the correct location. Someone hadthrown out the receipt for our order as we noticed the row of receipts were time stamped long after our submitted order. Wetried to flag down staff, but there was no sense of urgency or direction with the crew. Employees were wandering around lookinglost, fry and burger stations were left empty/ no one working, food left out in the open not under the warmer, and no one wascaring for the waiting customers in the front. A kind lady managed to flag the manager down and translate, neither of us knewSpanish, and the manager brushed us off stating they were busy. Busy? We waited an HOUR for food and watched multiple employeeswander around : no taking orders, no bagging food, nor restocking items. I worked six years in fast food as a manager and I havenever seen such a disorganized team. I'm only giving two stars as the manager did serve us our food, which was cold. Do yourselfa favor and just go to another wendys. Save yourself the headache.
The service was extremely slow, despite the fact that I was the only customer in the restaurant. There were no napkins or ketchup provided, and the staff didn't speak both languages. I won’t be coming back. The fries were cold, and the burger appeared and tasted stale, as if it had been under a heat lamp for hours. If Dave Thomas were to unexpectedly stop by, he would probably be horrified.
My grandson really enjoyed the chicken tenders and the strawberry soft serve, but he was even more thrilled about the free toy! Haha!
