We had to stay in the mia hotel because of a late curse. this caffe is connected to the hotel. Eating was moderate and extremely expensive, over $50 for two (small) pizzas and a beer. the worst part came when I paid the bill, I gave the waiter four goods, she came back and said that one of them did not work and gave it back to me. she then said I gave her three credits. In summary, she cracked one of my good-looking. next time I'm going somewhere else.

One star is too generous! There was only one staff member working, and he was in a terrible mood with very limited knowledge of the menu and drinks. To get a drink, I had to go to the bar and wait for the "server" to eventually show up, then bring the drink back to our table myself. He also brought me the wrong dish; by the time I received a flatbread pizza, I was too hungry to care what it was, so I just ate it. I even had to go into the kitchen to look for mayonnaise for my husband’s hamburger because there was no one around. When I finally asked the "server" for condiments, it was a huge hassle! The food prices are quite high for such poor service. While we were there, several people left because they felt neglected. An automatic 18% tip was added to our bill, and honestly, I wouldn't have left a tip otherwise. I complained to the manager at the nearby Margaritaville (which owns The View), and she was aware of the situation. She mentioned that he kept refusing her offers to send him help! This is a result of being greedy and wanting to keep all the tips for himself. This isn’t our first visit to this restaurant, and every time we go, the service only seems to get worse. It’s a shame because it has the potential to be a great place to grab a bite away from the chaos of the airport hotel.
