I don’t leave reviews ever but I want to make sure Diego gets the recognition he deserves. I also don’t typically struggle to find things to eat at places (I didn’t struggle here at all) but he went way above all expectations to ensure I had a great experience! Thanks to our server, Javier, the evening went from just a meal to an immersive, memorable event. And the atmosphere was simply perfect! Dim lighting, fun music, and an overall vibe that really highlighted the sushi experience. Javier made sure we felt the uniqueness behind each dish, especially with the omakase. He kept everything within our budget (about $90 per person) while still delivering an incredible variety. Overall top-notch service and a memorable night that I literally can’t stop thinking about, thanks Javier! I highly recommend the Hama chilli, the Hokkaido scallop nigiri, nasu eggplant nigiri, the uchi salad, and the fried milk dessert. Our server was very attentive, co... read more Uchi remains one of our favorite restaurants. The reception is warm and inviting, making us feel welcomed as returning guests. Our server was very attentive, continuously checking in on us after our food arrived. While we ordered our usual favorites, we also had the opportunity to try several new dishes with our guest, and we loved everything about the restaurant, especially the food and the beer we enjoyed during happy hour. We will definitely be coming back!
