What Anonym dislikes about Uchi Miami:
The service was abysmal. Rarely saw our server. Constantly had to flag them down to order food. Once ordered, every plate took between 20-30 minutes to come out. Our dessert order took 40 minutes. It was the same at the tables next to us, and around us, too. I have been to Uchi Austin several times and have always had an amazing experience. If you want Uchi, fly to Austin and back. Uchi remains one of our favorite restaurants. The reception is warm and inviting, making us feel welcomed as returning guests. Our server was very attentive, continuously checking in on us after our food arrived. While we ordered our usual favorites, we also had the opportunity to try several new dishes with our guest, and we loved everything about the restaurant, especially the food and the beer we enjoyed during happy hour. We will definitely be coming back!

Diego went above and beyond to accommodate me as a vegetarian. Absolutely fantastic and he was extremely personable. I don’t leave reviews ever but I want to make sure Diego gets the recognition he deserves. I also don’t typically struggle to find things to eat at places (I didn’t struggle here at all) but he went way above all expectations to ensure I had a great experience!
