Food was good as usual but our waitress was really busy and didn't pay much attention that our food took too long and didn't come out at the same time for all 4 of us!! Very disappointing because we love TGIF View all feedback.

I was disappointed! We came to celebrate my kids birthday and besides the waiter’s disconnect he ended up calling the crew to sing happy birthday in the table next to us making us feel second class costumers View all feedback.
Ordered the chicken appetizer and didn't like. The soup was watery. Then ordered a chicken quesadilla to accompany the soup. One of the quesadillas (there were two) didn't even have chicken. I sent it back. There was a screaming kid next to us and no one from the restaurant talked to the parents to take the kid outside.
No one in the restaurant knew that TGI was on OpenTable. No one to sign me in to get my points. Hostess nor the waitress.
Food was amazing. Staff was friendly, minimum noise. No wait sat us immediately
