Unfortunately, the service was lacking this ti... read more The food here is always quite good, but I've noticed that the sushi portions have been shrinking with each visit. Unfortunately, the service was lacking this time; our server seemed distracted and failed to clear away the dirty plates from our table between courses. I even had to ask her to take away one just to make space for a new dish she brought. Furthermore, the air conditioning was set so low that it made the whole dining experience uncomfortable. I've always been a supporter of the food and beverage industry, but I was disappointed to see an 18% automatic tip added to the bill when the service didn’t meet my expectations.

I don't understand how a restaurant... read more I'm not sure if I'm more mad that I kept trying to give this place a chance or that this place cannot provide good service. I don't understand how a restaurant is able to operate when it's completely empty with sit down customers, yet is incapable of providing orders on time. They consistently put out food 30+ after their estimated pick up time. Not to mention their customer service is terrible. It's a shame because the location of the place is great, but they consistently cannot deliver quality food within a reasonable amount of time. I will no longer be coming here.
