This restaurant consistently impresses! The fried rice is exceptional, the vegetables are always fresh, and the honey sriracha chicken is fantastic. The establishment is always impeccably clean, and Tomas, the general manager, consistently goes out of his way to ensure that my group and I feel welcomed. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! What Scott H doesn't like about Sushi Maki Palmetto Bay:
I ordered yellowtail nigiri, miso soup, and fried rice for takeout. I specifically confirmed with the person taking my order that I wanted 4 pieces of nigiri. They told me it would take 20-25 minutes. However, after waiting 45 minutes, they were unable to find my order. When I finally received it, I ended up with 8 pieces of warm sashimi instead. Amanda was out server and she was great. Kept checking in with us to make sure that we did not need anything. And Tomas was the best. Treated us like royalty. Food was perfect. Thank you so much for making this a great dining experience. Will come back soon!
Great experience at this location. Great food. Fresh and fast service. Jorge our server was great. Very professional, courteous and informative. Location was very clean and tidy . Greeter at the door was very polite and quick to sit us at a great table. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Table dirty Bathroom was nasty Employe talk on a back not focus on serving and cleanse Mussing proper management to implement basic restaurant needs such as to have clean bathroom and tables
UPDATE: Another wonderful experience ! Special Thanks to Manager Thomas for his excellent customer service! He takes pride in making all guests feel welcome. Our server Gail was amazing ... She is a nice charming personality who gives service with a smile. She is attentive to details to make sure everyone gets good service. A Big Shout-Out to Chefs Rick and Randy for going above and beyond in providing us with great service. Our sushi was awesome ! Thank You, Salamat Po, and ขอบคุณ !!
Great service! We really enjoyed the sushi rolls Dragon The Fifty with an appetizer the biggest egg rolls I've ever seen. They also have bubba tea and a variety of flavors you can choose from, it was great!
