Worst customer service ever. An older man making my sub who clearly didn't want to be there....after his attitude, I didn't want to be there either, so I left. Never to go back again.
To the owner: What time do you close? The sign on the door says 10:00 p.m., but I arrived at 9:37 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31, and noticed a man inside along with two white garbage bags placed right by the front door, making it seem like you were closed. I tried the door, but it was locked, and the man didn’t seem to notice me. I've visited at the same time in the past few months, and it’s always been open. I called the restaurant but got no answer, and there was no contact number posted on the door for the manager, so I'm leaving my feedback here. I checked the maps application on my phone, and it says you close at 9:00 p.m. Did you change your hours recently? If so, please update the sign on the door so that customers are informed. Additionally, I recall a time in mid-July when I arrived at 9:40 p.m. and found the door locked. The two women working at that time did open the door after we knocked, but explained I couldn't eat there because it was too late, claiming I might not finish by 10 p.m. Previously, there was a nice man who let me take my time when I arrived around 9:40 p.m. because he had to work past 10 anyway. I also suggest that employees wear masks to prevent talking over the food. Today, the man who served me, without a mask, leaned over my sandwich and spoke while reaching for vegetables, which made me uncomfortable. I can’t help but wonder how often this happens. Furthermore, when I tell you what I want on my sandwich, why do you repeat it and ask again, as if you weren’t listening? I mentioned I wanted it toasted to avoid additional questions, yet he still asked. It felt like he was talking more after I spoke to my boyfriend. Every little detail he asked about made the experience frustrating.
I had the best subway experience, and it definitely deserves a review. The manager, Silvia, was the most patient employee I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Thank you for your kindness!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. There was a bald man working there who was rude and lacked basic manners. He told me how I couldn't have my sandwich prepared the way I wanted, and he did a terrible job with it while rolling his eyes. To make matters worse, the lady assisting me threw my sandwich at me. It was truly terrible service. People like that shouldn’t be working in customer service. I will never return to this Subway again.
