So my man went to get me a sub. I like it extra toasted. The woman working felt the need to catch an attitude about it and made him wait once the sandwich was toasted and went ahead to the person behind him and started and completed their order before my man who was there 1st. He was made to wait FOR NO REASON. A WOMAN WHO HAS BEEN WORKING FOR THE COMPANY FOR 5YRS HAS AN ATTITUDE ABOUT WORKING A SUNDAY SHIFT (YESTERDAY) HAS NO RIGHT TO BE GIVING CUSTOMERS A HARD TIME. SHAME ON HER. THERE WERE 2 PEOPLE ON THE SHIFT IT WAS THE OLDER WOMAN. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND TO NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

On the bright side, the service was excellent, with a perfect score of 5 - the staff were friendly and efficient, making the order process smooth. The atmosphere of the place was inviting, earning a solid 4 rating, though I only experienced it briefly during my pick-up. One of the highlights was the convenience of parking, as there was plenty of space available, and the free parking lot made it hassle-free to stop by. Overall, I would recommend this spot for a quick and easy lunch!

I recently visited the Subway on County Line, and I have to say, it had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I asked to use the restroom for my son, it took forever for the staff to unlock the bathroom door, and it was in very poor condition. Once we reached the front to place our order, a woman with extremely long nails made us wait in line for 20 minutes. I’m not joking; my son was hungry, so I kept waiting. There was another girl in the background, but it seemed like her long nails prevented her from being helpful—she just walked around aimlessly. I can't help but wonder if the owner or manager ever visits the store. Overall, this was the worst place with the worst service and the worst food. I’m giving it one star just to leave this review.

Some employees were good others not so much. Wait time can be a little long and sometimes you have to wait when store is empty. 4 stars for convience of location.
A remarkable improvement! Team members Joffrey and Amanda are both professional and patient. What stood out to me the most was their commitment to cleanliness. They change their gloves as if they were preparing their own sandwiches! I used to steer clear of this place, but now I'm looking forward to returning with more friends.
The staff is always ready to help. The young woman who made my sandwich did an outstanding job. I give it two thumbs up!

I used to avoid this location, but now I can't wait to return with friends. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! I chose this spot because the one closer to home has been disappointing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality here. Renee was fantastic—so attentive while making my meal and serving me. She kept a professional attitude and created a welcoming atmosphere. The food was excellent; the bread was fresh, the cookies were delightful, and the overall cleanliness of the place was impressive. It’s clear that the manager is doing a great job!

The subway team was awesome clean and had great customer service. They have a nice friendly environment as well, everyone I saw welcomed me with a smile and I left with a full stomach and great service
The staff should be more respectful towards customers. I had a disappointing experience during the Tuesday night shift, as the employees were unfortunately quite rude.
I really dislike this Subway. They always seem to have young teenagers working there who aren't motivated to do their jobs. They rarely have meatballs available, so I can never enjoy my favorite sub, "The Boss." On top of that, the staff often have a bit of an attitude. I really hope they can find some respectful and responsible employees for the night shift soon.
I wish I could give them zero stars. My order was incorrect, and the only sandwich that was right was a steak sub that arrived ice cold. I had ordered a meatball sandwich but instead received another ice-cold steak sub. None of the sandwiches were toasted.
