I have never had an... read more We come here a lot because we live nearby and it's one of the few fast food places within walking distance. We love Subway and it's healthy. I have never had any problems with any employees. I took off a star because yesterday I asked for guacamole andthe lady pulled a pack out of the fridge, inspected it, put it back and then told me they didn't have any. If it had gone badthen tell me that but don't lie to me that you don't have something when I just saw you holding it in your hand.

My sandwich turned out fine, and the staff member who prepared it did a satisfactory job.

I ordered a tuna salad for my 89-year-old mother, and to my surprise, it contained no tuna at all. The salad was wilted and completely inedible. When we called to complain, they laughed obnoxiously and then hung up on us. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from the Subway located at 10701 Biscayne Blvd, Miami 33138.
