Located in Miami, this Subway location draws polarized opinions. Some patrons praise its welcoming staff and tasty food, making it a favored visit. However, many criticize poor management and a consistently negative employee attitude, including reports of staff mistreatment and neglect. Complaints highlight stale bread, missing ingredients, and frequent shortages of salad bowls and flatbreads. Several customers feel the quality and service fail Subway’s standards, with some suggesting closure. Weekend workers, reliant on this spot, express deep disappointment. Overall, while there are positive experiences, service inconsistency and management issues significantly affect customer satisfaction.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! The manager or team leader has the worst attitude imaginable! She belittles the staff to the point of embarrassing them in front of customers. In my opinion, she should not be working with the public! This is the worst Subway I've visited in Miami, without a doubt!
The sandwich i always get, always has a set amount of ingredients. Manager with glasses told my clerk that were starting to make my sandwich to use less ingredients than what's advertised, even for a footlong. I've never been expected to pay full price fora sandwich missing half of it's protein source, and is currently the only one to do so. Wouldn't recommend if she's there, beingcompany protocol at making sandwiches are completely bypassed here.
They often run out of salad bowls, which means I have to bring my own if I want a salad. They also frequently don't have flatbread available. If it were up to me, I'd give this place zero stars, but unfortunately, it's the only option for those of us working on weekends. It's really disappointing, and honestly, this place should think about shutting down.
Located inside a hospital, this restaurant provides fast and efficient service. However, it lacks fresh mozzarella on the menu.
