Took forever to get my food even after ordering online. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready. Other than that, the food is pretty good for the price.
Great fresh comfort food. The staff there are polite and friendly. The turkey or chicken subs with bacon are delicious!
I wish I can give them 0 stars to be honest. I made an online order at 3:56 said it'll be ready at 4:46. Went to pick up my order. my food wasn't even ready They was calling out my name for the online order. The ticket was sitting there the while time hasn't been even made!! Wasted a whole hour waiting to come and wait another 15 min. Nobody was attending the front. All the the employees were at the back just talking. Never again will I order from this raggedy place.
POOR customer service!!!! I have been here a couple of times for breakfast, the food is great and well seasoned. But the customer service is terrible from the whole front line! I was rudely asked ro MOVE out the line so other customers can order andthere was no one waiting behind me. I was trying to scan the QR code with my phone to be able to place an order online the nexttime. But NEVER AGAIN!!! Then when I asked the crossed eye guy that told me to move what was his name? ?He yelled at me and saidwhats your name?
Love the night-time crew.Very attentive, skillful, and they keep the store really clean. They always make me and my brother's subs really good despite me usually coming in 30 mins before they close.(Sorry ???? I appreciate them alot. Shoutouts to thecook!
