Was User at Subrageous a mag?
I ordered the chicken cordon bleu, and it was quite good. I would suggest asking them to season the chicken with salt and pepper for extra flavor. My friend had the Italian sub, but I wasn't a fan of the pre-sliced deli meats used. On the positive side, the bread was fresh. The brownies looked more appealing in the picture than they tasted. The sign on the door indicates that they close at 8 PM, but I've tried to visit for the last three days and arrived at 7:30 PM, only to find the doors locked. When I asked the staff member what was going on, she informed me that they were closed. If your closing time is actually 7:30 PM, then please update your sign to reflect that. Took forever to get my food even after ordering online. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready. Other than that, the food is pretty good for the price.

I wish I can give them 0 stars to be honest. I made an online order at 3:56 said it'll be ready at 4:46. Went to pick up my order. my food wasn't even ready They was calling out my name for the online order. The ticket was sitting there the while time hasn't been even made!! Wasted a whole hour waiting to come and wait another 15 min. Nobody was attending the front. All the the employees were at the back just talking. Never again will I order from this raggedy place.

POOR customer service!!!! I have been here a couple of times for breakfast, the food is great and well seasoned. But the customer service is terrible from the whole front line! I was rudely asked ro MOVE out the line so other customers can order andthere was no one waiting behind me. I was trying to scan the QR code with my phone to be able to place an order online the nexttime. But NEVER AGAIN!!! Then when I asked the crossed eye guy that told me to move what was his name? ?He yelled at me and saidwhats your name?

Love the night-time crew.Very attentive, skillful, and they keep the store really clean. They always make me and my brother's subs really good despite me usually coming in 30 mins before they close.(Sorry ???? I appreciate them alot. Shoutouts to thecook!
