Starbucks - Miami

The team members are incredibly friendly and took care of me so well! A girl regulated the music volume when it was too loud so I was able to take my online class and hear well. There was a girl who took my order, she made the whole process so special when by making me laugh and going over the top with her disposition to create the perfect coffee for me. This created a great experience for me and now I want to come back for everyday I have to take my online college class. Smoothly performed ????????????????

As a Starbucks loyal customer I am giving up on what use to be my favorite store. The staff continues to be friendly but I come for coffee. All I wanted was a dry cappuccino, but for my last 5 visits they can?t seem to know the difference between it and a latte. Too much money to be teaching a barista this.

I always get the caramel ribbon crunch without whip but they didn?t mix it right they filled it up with just extra milk or something because it wasn?t the same even if this Tim all I got was a Grande I always get extra crunch too. I?m not paying almost $7 for a milkshake with crunch people this location never makes it right. This is the 6th time they?ve done this! ????

I came to this location to have breakfast today but they did not accept my payment with coins the total amount was only $16 and my coins were in groups or quarters and dimes so it would have been easy for them receive it. I had to leave without having breakfast so it?s been very disappointing

Love the speed of the service, never had an issue with my customized order at this location and the staff is friendly!
