Finding food during layovers can be tough, especially now with so many places closed due to COVID, but this spot really impressed me. Although the gluten-free menu is limited, I told them about my celiac disease and allergies to nuts and avocado, and they went out of their way to make sure my meal was safe. The salad was huge and absolutely satisfying! Also, don’t forget to ask for Suzie—she’s wonderful and makes an outstanding Ketel One Dirty Martini!

I also requested a chicken sandwich without pickles, but to my surprise, it arrived with pickles anyway. It was okay! Not my favorite, but it was decent.
