Do not order from this rinconcito by Dadeland mall . I ordered 4 sandwiches and where all with old bread with horrible taste. This was my second time ordering here with same results.
Delicious food and Sangria. Service was slower than usual but it worth it. A bit hard to find with all reconstruction happening in the are but happy I got to this place. Affordable prices.
We brought a group of 25 people at noon and they were incredibly accommodating. The food and service were impeccable. It?s one of my favorite places for Cuban food in the Dadeland area.
We used the weekly food delivery service last week and found the food acceptable. My daughter and her husband also tried the service. However, when renewing for this week, they informed us that the standard delivery fee only covered a 2-mile radius, and they wanted to add an extra $5. It’s a matter of principle—we are just 1.9 miles away. Because of this, they lost our business as well as my daughter and son-in-law’s. The food isn’t worth it, and this approach reflects poor business ethics.
I requested water without ice, but they brought it to me with ice not once, but twice. After that, I didn’t receive any water at all. They served my cortadito without a spoon for sugar, and my food came out without any utensils. It was also quite distracting, as the cooks and waitstaff were loudly discussing their personal matters, making it hard for guests to enjoy their meals. To make matters worse, there was a gentleman at the table next to me who didn't speak Spanish, and none of the employees seemed to comprehend English, which led to him being largely ignored. He kept trying to get their attention until I stepped in and asked them to assist him. Having visited several Rinconcito Latinos while working around Miami, I can confidently say that I will never return to this particular location.
