For being a chain, they have good burgers and fries. I love the Blue Ribbon and bottomless fries. The burger was on point, as a couple of years ago, when I was here last time. No complaints! Sad to see they don’t have the same premium sauces as they used to. Bottomless fries were great! Fast and friendly staff. I don’t like they switched to plastic cups and kitchen towels to drive down the cost, but I get it — most o... View all feedback.
What Russell Q doesn't like about Red Robin Gourmet Burgers:
15 minute wait with no one in the restaurant, short staff, food was made and presented poorly. This is a classic example of why local over cooperations. Atleast local would made adjustments to staffing and food quality. It’s a shame because other local Red Robin’s have already closed and this one will follow soon.
I experienced a 15-minute wait despite the restaurant being empty, which was surprising. The staff seemed limited, and the food was poorly prepared and presented. This situation highlights why I prefer local businesses over corporate chains; local establishments tend to be more responsive to staffing and food quality issues. It's unfortunate because I've already seen other local Red Robin locations shut down, and I fear that this one may soon follow suit.
The customer service was excellent, but the burgers were just average, which is to be expected from a chain restaurant. Strangely enough, Red Robin tends to be better up north. However, the Freckled Strawberry Lemonade and garlic fries were fantastic. Unfortunately, the meat was overcooked. It was a one-time experience, and I probably won’t be returning.
Despite being a chain, this place serves up some really tasty burgers and fries. I absolutely love the Blue Ribbon burger and the fact that the fries are bottomless. The burger was just as good as I remembered from my last visit a couple of years ago—no complaints at all! It's unfortunate that they no longer offer the same premium sauces they once did. The bottomless fries were fantastic! The staff was quick and friendly as well. I'm not a fan of their switch to plastic cups and paper towels to cut costs, but I understand that many chains are doing the same these days. Overall, I would definitely return. It's a solid choice for a burger chain!
Red Robin has been one of my favorite restaurants for a long time. I really wish there was a location closer to Kendall, but I still make the drive every now and then with friends, and it's always worth it. This time, I tried the pickle chips, and they did not disappoint! Their lettuce wraps are also the best I've had anywhere. The freckled lemonade is fantastic as well. The service is consistently great—always friendly and quick!
The burgers were fantastic, and the service was outstanding! I really enjoyed the concept of bottomless sides. The waitress kept bringing us fries, and they were delicious! However, I wasn't a fan of the salad options since they were all chicken, and I'm not particularly fond of chicken. I ordered my burger wrapped in lettuce, and it was really good! This restaurant is very kid-friendly, with a dedicated kids' menu, balloons, and chalkboards for the little ones to write on. I also found the restrooms to be very clean.
