What Kay Mohr doesn't like about Proof Miami:
The food was disgusting, we returned 6 out of 7 appetizers that were served to us. The poor quality meat is poorly cooked and has a bad taste. They calculated every last cent of the bill. Shame should give them the lousy customer service and the lousy quality of the food with the years they have on the market !!!!! I will never return and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I loved this meal. the burrata and the truffle mushroom pizza were divine. we will miss this restaurant when it closes in 1 week.
The shaved Brussels sprouts and Proof burger were beyond amazing! And our server was fantastic! Will definitely be going back!
Wonderful food great craft beer selections , wonderful knowledgeable staff.
We had Brussels sprout salad, heirloom tomato salad,chicken sandwich, burger , two different pizzas. Tough to decide which one was our favorite as each dish was delicious and presented beautifully. Only the fries that came with the burger were subpar and need to be crispier
Eating was really delicious! very few options on the menu, but well selected and delicious. pizza was beautifully crusty and tasteful. great place in midtown miami.
