Pizza Hut - Miami

I ordered a large stuffed crust hawaiian (ham and Pineapple) and i got a pizza that was half pepperoni and half ham and pineapple. i was fine with that even though thats not what i ordered but what made the pizza terrible is that it felt hard likecardboard as if its been sitting for a while as if it was already made before hand. the pizza tasted so hard and so terriblethat i could tell the pizza was definetly not made fresh. so not only did they get my order wrong but they gave me a pizza thathad been previously made who knows how many hours before hand. me and my wife ate 4 slices (because we were desperately hungry)and we threw the rest away. oh and on top of that i ordered the pizza for delivery but they took so long that i ended up havingto go to the store to pickup my pizza.

I ordered my food and my desert was burned. Very disappointing

Order food two hours ago and still have?t got it don?t order from this place it garbage

The pizza is not very good honestly. There are people, who rave about Pizza hut but I don't see why. I prefer other chains, that I think have not only better quality pizza but also better prices. The staff was super friendly thou.

Hello i am very disappointed with my service I called this Pizza Hut and the customer service person was giving attitude so I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. His name was aleaski or I don?t know how to spell it but he lied. I told my friend to call and ask if he was the manager and he wasn?t so he first gave attitude to the customer second he lied about his position this is very disappointing
