The place looks very nice indoors with their crystal chandelier, very good stuff for sale here, their tostadas are very yummy I usually get them with cafe con leche and the best thing about this place is they definitely offer any sized decaf coffee!

A Cuban bakery inside of a dealership? Welcome to Miami, mi gente. We ordered through DoorDash and were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. The only issue with our order was that they ran out of bocaditos, but they worked with our delivery driver to get us something else to replace it. The most surprising thing about our order was how much extra food they included. We ordered two croquetas and received five, two pastelitos and got four... but I 'm not complaining about that! They can totally keep making that mistake on my future orders. Everything we ordered, from the cafe con leche to the pastelitos, was delicious. I also ordered a croqueta preparada sandwich, and it was the best one I 've ever had in Miami. My boyfriend doesn 't even like croquetas (I know, shameful! and he loved my sandwich. Totally unexpected experience from this Pinecrest Bakery.

I ordered my food 1 week and advanced and payed almost $500 for the order. The manager called me on Monday to let me know that her store is closed on Sunday (blows my mind that a bakery is closed on Sunday) and that I would have to pick up my food in East kendall location. I told her no problem and to refund me the money for the food because picking up the food was not possible. The manager decided to deliver my food since I was unable to pick up.2 days before the party I called the manager to see if I can add on food and she never got back to me. The day of the party arrives and my food was suppose to arrive at 12 PM but it didn't arrive until 1:30 pm. What gets me more mad is that I was trying to contact the manager to find out where my food was and she kept ignoring my call. I had to call another store to find out that her baby was sick and then she finally answered my phone calls an hour later to tell me her husband was on his way to deliver the food.I emailed corporate and asked for the general manager to contact me and no one ever did. Needless to say I won't be recommending this pinecrest bakery to anyone that is throwing events. They are unreliable and don't communicate.I paid for them to shred the pork and it wasn't.

I’m irate. I came to the location on SW 67 Ave Bird to order. The store was packed and that’s fine but then comes a lady with a child who none of the employees enforced the mask policy. Instead they allowed to allow a child who was visibly sick
